Our unique design mimics a roll of bills to keep the illusion of real money alive. When a folded and interlocked card is slightly squeezed, it “puffs” out, giving it a realistic, three-dimensional look.

🖊️ Can I Remove the Money Border from the Inside of the Card?

Yes — since we’re the manufacturer, we can customize your design to remove the inner money border.
However, because this is a custom process, a minimum order of 5,000 cards is required, and production may take longer.

🎨 Does the Inside of the BILL-BOARD® Have to Be White?

No. You can choose any color for the inside of your card.
Custom colors require a minimum order of 5,000 and a slightly longer turnaround time.
Historically, we’ve offered both “color of money” and white, but the white interior remains the most popular (about 10:1) — it showcases graphics beautifully and doesn’t affect the illusion, since only the exterior needs to look like real money.

🚫 Do You Advertise Your Website on the Cards?

Absolutely not.
We never print our website or company information on your BILL-BOARD® cards. They arrive completely unbranded — the spotlight stays on your message.
Be cautious: some competitors do include their website on your cards.

📦 Do They Come Folded, or Do I Fold Them Myself?

Your BILL-BOARDÂŽ cards arrive professionally packaged and wrapped, but unfolded.
Because of their unique die-cut shape, they can’t be pre-folded by machine. Don’t worry — they’re designed to fold easily and interlock quickly by hand.

🔄 What Is Your Return Policy?

Our return policy follows industry standards:
Customized printed products are non-refundable, unless we make an error that differs from your approved proof.

Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll always receive a proof before printing, and we won’t proceed until you approve it.

  • Once you approve your proof and printing begins, the order becomes final.

  • If you cancel before printing, a full refund is available.

  • If we’ve already provided design services, a 15% surcharge may apply to cover design time.

If you design your card online, your on-screen proof serves as your approval. By placing the order, you confirm that the displayed design is accurate and ready for print.
