Timeframes will be depending on how you place your order. If you design your BILL-BOARD® using our 24-Online Designer (DIY or Templates), then our turn around is much faster.
You Design:
Same Day (Monday-Friday) orders placed before 1 PM. Order placed online on Saturday or Sunday print the next available business day.
Usual timeframe: 1-2 Business days.
We Design:
Proofs are created during regular business hours; We can not print until you approve the design; Depending on modifications, if needed, will add more delay. Once a design is approved, Same Day (Monday-Friday) approval provided before 1 PM.

Understandably, we cannot offer refunds or returns of custom printed items unless we are responsible for the mistake that deviated from the proof you approved or if you cancel your order before printing.
No. Once we print the stock, it runs through our precision die-cutting machine. When cut to size, they are too small and uniquely shaped for automatic folding machines. Not to worry! BILL-BOARD® cards are easy and fast to fold. You will be surprised how many you can fold in just a few minutes.
Depending on our workload and when we receive your order, it (is possible) to ship the same day (without additional cost), but we do not guarantee it;
If you need your cards quickly, please understand we print many orders in a day. Our print schedule (for any given day) fills up quickly. Shipping is either standard (3-5 days) which is free or priority (2-3 days) small upcharge; Overnight is expensive.
Please plan ahead. Do not order if you need cards the next day; Contact us first to see if it is possible to accommodate.
If you have a trade show to attend, we can deliver your order to your hotel; this may avoid having to pay rush shipping; Time for us to print is still the same.
Standard turnaround is 1-3 days PLUS shipping time.
Call us to request a free sample. Samples are mailed out only once a week; It can take up to five business days for your sample to be mailed.
Worth mentioning, all of the images and videos on this site are not touched up in any way and represent our drop cards - the only thing you are missing out is touching them. They "feel" like thick top quality business cards.
No. Field testing has shown that the denomination of $100 is most effective. We find that sales prospects seem to like flashing that denomination ($100) when they pay for items in a checkout line. Flashing a $5 bill doesn't have the same effect.
For best results, we recommend that file formats have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution with transparent backgrounds. All color artwork and/or images should be provided in CMYK color mode; black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale. We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF. But no worries— send us what you have. If any issues arise with what you provided to us, we'll let you know.
You may print just about anything you would like, including full-color logos, photos, text in any font or color, etc. Quick Tip: Having too much text (being too wordy) does not always produce the best business card. These are cards of action. You want your prospect to call you or to go online for more details. Golden rule - Less is more.
BILL-BOARD money cards are designed (when folded) to fit into your wallet in the same space/location you keep credit cards. This area is perfect for long-term storage, keeps your money card protected, and impresses the heck out of onlookers when you open your wallet.
