First, we’ll create a design inspired by your order form and email a proof for your review.* Then, you will have an opportunity to either approve the proof for printing or request changes. Always know this; We will NOT print your order until you tell us that you are 100% satisfied. We will make as many changes necessary to achieve this goal all without any additional cost. You can’t go wrong! (*24-48 hour turnaround)

*Please understand … We are human. It takes us actual time to create designs, and we work during regular business hours. Depending on that day’s workload (time of order), it will determine your specific turnaround time.
