Understandably, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom-printed items, unless the error is on our end — meaning the final product differs from the approved proof — or if you cancel your order before printing begins.

If we design your BILL-BOARD® for you, you’ll always receive a proof to review and approve before anything goes to print. We don’t print until you’re 100% satisfied with the design.

If you design your own using our Online Designer, your on-screen layout serves as your final proof. In other words, what you design is what you’ll get, so double-check spelling, images, and layout before placing your order.

Once an order has been approved and sent to print, it becomes final and non-refundable.

No. After printing, each BILL-BOARD® card is run through our precision die-cutting machine to achieve its unique shape. Because of the small size and custom design, they can’t be folded automatically by machine.

Not to worry — BILL-BOARD® cards are quick and easy to fold by hand. You’ll be surprised how many you can fold in just a few minutes!

We do our best to get orders out quickly! Depending on our workload and when your order is received, it’s often possible to ship the same day at no additional cost — but we can’t guarantee it.

If you need your cards fast, please keep in mind that we print many orders each day, and our production schedule fills up quickly.

No — and there’s a good reason for that.

The BILL-BOARD® card isn’t real currency — it’s the delivery vehicle for your message. The denomination printed on the outside doesn’t need to match a discount, coupon, or dollar amount — it’s simply the hook that gets your prospect to pick it up and read what’s inside.

After extensive field testing, the $100 design proved to be the clear winner. It carries the strongest perceived value and gets the best reaction. People love the feeling of finding a $100 bill — it immediately captures attention and curiosity. A $5 or $10 bill just doesn’t create that same excitement.

If lower denominations worked better, we’d print them — our presses don’t care what’s on the bill. But we know from experience that $100 works, and that’s why we stick with it. Don’t fall for imitations or gimmicks offering different amounts. The $100 BILL-BOARD® is the one that gets noticed, gets picked up, and gets results.

For the best print quality, we recommend images with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and, when possible, a transparent background.

• Color artwork/images: Use CMYK color mode.

• Black & white artwork/images: Use grayscale.

• Accepted file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF.

🚫 Important: Avoid using images or logos saved from websites. They might look crisp and clear on your screen, but to a professional printer, they look blurry, pixelated, and low-quality.
That’s because most web graphics are purposely saved at low resolution (72 dpi) so pages load quickly online — great for the web, terrible for print.

If you’re not sure about your file quality, send us what you have. We’ll review it before printing and let you know if there’s anything that might affect your final result.

💡 Pro Tip: Zoom in on your image — if it looks fuzzy or jagged up close, it will print that way too.

You can print just about anything you’d like — full-color logos, photos, text in any font or color, and more. Your imagination is the only limit!

💡 Quick Tip: While it’s tempting to include lots of details, remember — less is more.

These cards are designed to spark curiosity and inspire action, not to tell your whole story. Keep your message short, clear, and focused on a call to action — like “Call now,” “Visit our website,” or “Watch this short video.”

BILL-BOARD® money cards are designed to fit perfectly in your wallet — right where you keep your credit cards. When folded, they slide neatly into a card slot, keeping them protected and ready to impress anyone who catches a glimpse when you open your wallet.

Because of the unique die-cut shape, exact measurements can vary slightly depending on where they’re taken. The sizes below reflect the widest or longest points of reference:
