SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By opting in at checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages regarding your orders from Best Money Card (PRO-MOTION USA, LLC).

Purpose: Order confirmations, shipping/tracking updates, delivery notices, and account/help replies. No marketing.
Opt-In Method: Check the “Text me order & shipping updates” box at checkout (unchecked by default). Consent is not required to purchase.
Frequency & Rates: Recurring messages; message & data rates may apply.
Opt-Out / Help: Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.
Carrier Liability: Carriers aren’t liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

Products and Services

We manufacture and sell custom BILL-BOARD® Money Cards and related die-cut promotional products.

Online Proofs Created by You

You confirm spelling, layout, and content are correct.
Your design prints exactly as it appears at checkout.
No changes after order submission.
You accept responsibility for typographical/design errors.
Design note: Keep all elements inside the printable area and away from the printed border. Content overlapping the border may be resized to fit.

Orders, Payments, and Shipping

Prices in USD; may change without notice.
Payments via PayPal/Stripe; we don’t store card data.
Orders ship to the address you provide; ensure accuracy.
We’re not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or events beyond our control.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Design Approval

Custom print jobs: No refunds after printing.
Cancel before printing: Full refund unless in-house design used; then 15% design/setup fee may apply.
After proof approval/printing started: No refunds/changes.
Reprints/credits: Only for production errors we cause.
If unsure about color/size/stock, request a sample first.

Product Representation & Variance

Minor variations in color, brightness, size, or stock may occur from printing processes, ink batches, monitors, lighting, or humidity; these are not defects. Some product images are renderings; physical items may vary slightly.

Legal Use & Compliance

BILL-BOARD® Money Drop Cards comply with U.S. guidelines and are not counterfeit. You’re responsible for compliant distribution (no littering/trespass; never represent as legal tender).

We may adjust die patterns/dimensions/layouts to maintain quality/efficiency without notice if the product’s purpose isn’t materially changed.

Intellectual Property

All site content is the IP of PRO-MOTION USA, LLC. Best Money Card™ and BILL-BOARD® are protected marks; do not use without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are for promotional/novelty use and not legal tender. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PRO-MOTION USA, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use or misuse of products or site.

Governing Law & Venue

Florida law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms. Exclusive venue: Flagler County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the Effective Date will reflect changes. Continued site use = acceptance.
