🕒 How Long Does It Take to Process Orders?

Standard production typically takes 1–3 business days from artwork approval before your order ships from Bunnell, Florida. Assisted design needs time for the emailed proof and your approval before production starts. Weather, holidays, order size, and the print queue may affect timing.

  • Standard shipping: Allow approximately 5–7 days in transit after shipment. Free U.S. standard shipping applies to 70 lb stock.
  • Priority shipping: Typically 2–3 days in transit after shipment. 14 pt stock ships by paid Priority shipping.
  • Rush production: Often printed and shipped the same or next business day after artwork approval. Rush accelerates production; transit time is additional. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Production and shipping are separate stages. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

What is the difference between 70 lb and 14 pt stock?

70 lb Opaque Smooth is our standard paper stock. 14 pt is a thicker card stock. Paper weight (lb) and thickness (pt) are different measurements, so these numbers are not directly comparable. Both keep the BILL-BOARD® die-cut, fold-over design.

DIY introductory card prices are 250 cards for $49.99, 600 cards for $69.99, and 1,000 cards for $99 for either stock. 70 lb includes standard U.S. shipping. For 14 pt, add Priority shipping of $13.90, $25.80, or $36.10 respectively. Rush production is +$9 for either stock; the 70 lb rush-and-Priority option is +$12. Review the available options and total with your order. Assisted design is priced separately.

💰 Why Does a BILL-BOARD® Have a Money Border Inside?

Our unique design mimics a roll of bills to keep the illusion of real money alive. When a folded and interlocked card is slightly squeezed, it “puffs” out, giving it a realistic, three-dimensional look.
This can reveal a glimpse of the inside — so we print a money border around your custom message to maintain the illusion, even when slightly exposed.

🖊️ Can I Remove the Money Border from the Inside of the Card?

Yes — since we’re the manufacturer, we can customize your design to remove the inner money border.
However, because this is a custom process, a minimum order of 5,000 cards is required, and production may take longer.

🎨 Does the Inside of the BILL-BOARD® Have to Be White?

No. You can choose any color for the inside of your card.
Custom colors require a minimum order of 5,000 and a slightly longer turnaround time.
Historically, we’ve offered both “color of money” and white, but the white interior remains the most popular (about 10:1) — it showcases graphics beautifully and doesn’t affect the illusion, since only the exterior needs to look like real money.

🚫 Do You Advertise Your Website on the Cards?

Absolutely not.
We never print our website or company information on your BILL-BOARD® cards. They arrive completely unbranded — the spotlight stays on your message.
Be cautious: some competitors do include their website on your cards.

📦 Do They Come Folded, or Do I Fold Them Myself?

Your BILL-BOARD® cards arrive professionally packaged and wrapped, but unfolded.
Because of their unique die-cut shape, they can’t be pre-folded by machine. Don’t worry — they’re designed to fold easily and interlock quickly by hand.

🔄 What Is Your Return Policy?

Our return policy follows industry standards:
Customized printed products are non-refundable, unless we make an error that differs from your approved proof.

Here’s how it works:

  • For assisted design, our team emails a proof and printing starts after you approve it. For DIY orders, review your on-screen proof; placing the order confirms your approval for printing.

  • Once you approve your proof and printing begins, the order becomes final.

  • If you cancel before printing, a full refund is available.

  • If we’ve already provided design services, a 15% surcharge may apply to cover design time.

If you design your card online, your on-screen proof serves as your approval. By placing the order, you confirm that the displayed design is accurate and ready for print.

BILL-BOARD® cards are not brochures — they’re quick, attention-grabbing tools meant to spark interest and drive action. The space for your message is only slightly larger than a standard business card, so think of your design as if you were working on a business card.

Your goal is to get your prospect to act — not to tell a bedtime story. Skip the long paragraphs and focus on what you want people to do next: visit your website, call you, scan your QR code, or watch your video. Keep your message short, bold, and clear. The BILL-BOARD® already gets their attention — your message simply tells them what to do next.

🚫 Things That Are NOT Necessary

  • “www.” before your website (not needed).

  • Zip codes or full addresses (unless you want actual mail or visitors).

  • Text smaller than 8 pt — it becomes unreadable.

  • Crowding your design against the money border — leave some white space.

  • Excessive colors, ALL CAPS, or multiple font styles.

  • Too many images — one or two strong visuals are enough.

3. Don’t Stretch or Distort Graphics

Enlarging images too much can cause them to warp or blur. Always use originals or larger source files.

4. Don’t Overlook Spelling or Grammar

We print exactly what you send. Double-check your wording before submitting your design.

5. Don’t Place Content Too Close to the Money Border

Keep a little breathing room between your text and the border — anything too close might be trimmed or resized.

6. Don’t Use Tiny or Fancy Fonts
